Dechkov’s house – Gabrovo

The Dechkov House, part of the Regional Historical Museum, is a monument of culture. The house itself and the owner – the rich trader Dechko, have and interesting history that you can learn on site. Pronanly that is why the building is known among the locals as The House of Memories. Here you can get acquainted with the lifestyle of the wealthy families of Gabrovo from the late XIX C. The exquisite furniture, tableware and item, brought from far-away European cities, impress with their elegant workmanship and indicate the high status and fine taste of Gabrovians.
