Project „SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGIONAL INTEGRATED TOURISM PRODUCT OF THE MUNICIPALITIES GABROVO, TRYAVNA AND SEVLIEVO” is realized with the financial support of Operational Programme “Regional Development” 2007 – 2013, priority axis 3 – “Sustainable development of tourism”, operation 3.2 – “Development of regional tourism product and marketing of destinations”.

MAJOR GOAL
Support and increase of the interest towards the competitive tourism attractions at the territory of the Municipalities Gabrovo, Tryavna and Sevlievo, which will contribute for the diversification of the tourism product, decrease of the territorial concentration and more balanced distribution of the benefit from tourism.
TARGET AUDIENCES
Tourism agencies and operators, local entrepreneurs in the tourism industry, hoteliers and restaurant owners, representatives of the tourism industry, industry organization, specialized groups with scientific and leisure purposes.
DIRECT BENEFICIARIES
Tourists from Bulgaria (3 000 000); foreign tourists (200 000); pupils and students (100 000); local population (122 702)
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Development and product placement of tourism packages, branding, realization of advertising campaign, development and dissemination of informational and marketing materials; advertising in national and international markets; participation in exhibitions (international, national and regional tourism fairs); public information and information services, efficiency research of the marketing activities of dissemination, information, public awareness and visualization.
EXPECTED RESULTS
Developed competitive cultural and historical products for attraction of substantial number of Bulgarian and foreign tourists; support for the less developed tourist attractions with high potential; positive effect on the tourism business in the region; improvement of the economic development of the region; increase of the income of the municipalities and decrease of the seasonality of the tourists flow; increase of the employability and improvement of the overall standard of life.
